Eric Seeley of Lees Summit, Missouri , has some nice toys. He knows what he likes, and it isn’t flames, graphics, and wild colors. Eric likes things more subtle and sophisticated.
Built with the help of Kelderman Manufacturing and Chux Trux in Independence, Missouri, the 8-inch adjustable air ride suspension from Kelderman is the highlight of the undercarriage. A lot of custom parts were built and all of the suspension components were powdercoated or chromed. Dual Sway-A-Way shocks control all four corners.
The truck rides on a set of 24-inch Diesel Wheels mounted up with Toyo Mud Grappler tires (37×13.5-24).
To get more powwer, the crew installed an SCT Off-Road Extreme Tune with DPF delete. The incoming air was improved with an Airaid intake and the spent gases were handled better after the installation of a MagnaFlow 4-inch exhaust. Eric estimates the horsepower at 500 at the flywheel and fuel mileage at about 10 mpg.
The stereo system was installed by Independence Audio in Independence, Missouri. The components consist of a Kenwood DDX 7019 touch screen head unit, JL Audio ZR 570 front speakers, JL Audio C5 5x7s in the rear, two JL Audio 500/1 amps for the subs, and a JL Audio 300/4 amp for the front and rear speakers. A JL Audio Super Duty Stealthbox enclosure with one 8w7 sub and a custom enclosure for a second 8w7 sub handles the low tones.
Black Ford emblems from Billet Badges really make a difference on the front and rear of the truck.
Street Scene rear Big Boy Fenders are cool, and the Recon Truck Accessories blackout light kit on all the exterior marker lights is the perfect accent for this truck.
Custom suede door inserts and consoles were the handiwork of Ace Auto Fabrics in Kansas City, Missouri.
Katskinz custom seats are plush and look good, too.
The truck has a Line-X bedliner and a Retrax bedcover.
Harley-Davidson edition front smoked headlights help the front end look mean and tough.
